On this site, the Retroo Company name brings GG Ventures Oy's restaurants, delivery brands and operating services under one commercial identity. Each contract and invoice separately identifies the legal entity responsible for that transaction.

Locations and virtual brands

One kitchen, several brands.

Wolt storefronts at the same address

Several food brands listed at one address may operate from the same production kitchen. A separate Wolt storefront name does not by itself show that a brand has its own dining room or legal entity.

Kotka and Pori

The published brand and address information for Kotka and Pori is based on a company statement. As a current Wolt storefront could not be verified, operating and order-availability status should be confirmed directly with the business.

Current availability

Menus, prices, delivery areas and opening hours may vary by platform and location. Check the relevant storefront's current information before ordering or visiting.

Investment

Every investment opportunity is assessed business by business.

Price and ownership

Prices on the site are examples or starting points, not a public offering, investment advice or a binding offer. The final ownership share, price, debts and other liabilities, lease terms and operating responsibilities are set out in a written agreement.

Residence permit

Buying an ownership share in a business does not by itself grant a Finnish residence permit. An entrepreneur permit requires a separate application, and the authorities assess the applicant's active role, ownership, means of support and business viability.
